Printing trend: one piece of printing is immediately desirable
at this 06 Suzhou printing Expo, there are no more printing enterprises using personalized production methods than a few years ago, and the scene presents a more diversified and contending situation. From a regional perspective, East China is undoubtedly the core area for the most centralized development of such technologies. This is not difficult to imagine: there are many short version live parts in this area, with small consumption and high effect requirements, at least not lower than the standard of ordinary offset printing. Now that there is such a market demand, there will be a number of professional service companies aiming at this, and some of them have issued a slogan similar to this, "we only make short versions", on the one hand, it shows the determination of the enterprise itself; On the other hand, we can see how great the potential of this kind of market is
anyone who has a rough understanding of printing will know that traditional printing workshops like to undertake a large number of live parts. After adjusting ink, pressure, speed, etc., the captain can wait for the product to be completed. Of course, there will be some fine adjustments in the relevant information, but as long as there is no problem with the equipment itself, the captain will be very relaxed; If it is a small quantity of live parts, the situation will be just the opposite: when using ink, due to the design of the ink roller structure of the printer itself, it is impossible to use too little to ensure the quality, so a large amount of ink will inevitably be wasted. And just adjust the ink and pressure, the whole work should be finished. This does not include that the substrate consumed by adjusting the machine is no less than the live parts with large printing volume. Not only that, the time spent on ink washing and color changing is also correspondingly extended. If the PMC in the workshop does not know enough about the printing process, it will cause unnecessary labor among the units
it is this situation that makes most large printing houses unwilling to undertake less than 20000 live parts. How many printing houses can receive such attractive orders now that "a hundred flowers bloom" and "flowers bloom everywhere"? In order not to let the machine wear and tear, they have to take over small orders, which is quite "it is tasteless to eat by changing the speed of the electromechanical, but a pity to discard". But in the end, I can only let myself fall into the strange circle of losing more and more. At the same time, it is difficult for small batch customers to accept the relatively high startup fees, so Indian enterprises are really in a dilemma
since most private enterprises cannot get large quantities of orders, in the face of the increasingly fierce printing market, will they continue to support or retreat and transform? This question is not as easy to answer as it seems: the renewal of equipment, personnel, ideas and so on takes time and energy, and is also a test of economic strength. But the author here just wants to objectively lay out the problems existing in today's traditional printing, and introduce ideas for reference only to colleagues in the industry
at this stage, we can use digital printing technology when processing 1 to 100 ultra-small batch live parts. This is a light printing method similar to copying, which is especially suitable for fast short edition live copies. At present, Fuji Xerox and other companies are focusing on accelerating the development of comprehensive professional talent equipment. At this stage, both the quantity of ink color and the quality of printing can reach the offset printing level. In addition, if you include the startup fee of hundreds of yuan for ordinary printing machines, the amount paid by customers for on-site direct shear experiments and 3-axis experiments is basically the same. Importantly, its speed is unmatched by ordinary printing machines. An enterprise at the exhibition site definitely said: if the film is prepared in advance, it can be completed in just a few minutes to dozens of minutes (related to the printing volume). It is also necessary to point out that although the equipment itself is expensive, the operation is relatively simple, and there is no need for more professionals. Employees can work after simple training
however, for the market between 101 and 20000 copies, digital printing is not suitable and the cost is too high. This number of live parts is still classified as a small batch in printing. In the past, this piece was made by ordinary printing machines. Compared with the previous stage, it can earn a lot more in profits, or reduce losses. But there will still be a better solution - CTP technology. Of course, this kind of technology, whether from the equipment or the supporting plate, is the bottleneck of restriction, but this paper only discusses the effect, and CTP deserves to become the preferred tool to solve this kind of problem. Film free and print free, saving time and reducing the links and probability of mistakes. Output directly in PDF format and compare the content on the computer, which is also in line with the reading habits of most people and easy to find errors. Truly realize "what you see is what you get"
of course, for the market with more than 20000 copies, the position of traditional printing is unshakable: its advantages are obvious regardless of the proportion of major employees in the industry, the depth of technology research and development, and even the perfection of supporting services. Our discussion is not to replace it, but to better improve the market
in fact, hybridprintingfactory is the development trend in the future, and it should be seen by people with insight in the industry now. "People have no foresight, there must be immediate worries". Maybe when it comes to these technologies today, there is still a distance from some small and medium-sized enterprises, but the development of modern industry is growing exponentially. I believe that today's technological trend is tomorrow's production and application. Only by preparing in advance can we seize the opportunity, "the opportunity always favors the prepared mind"
